Boolean operation failed internal error in HyperWorks CFD
Hello,
I've been trying to prepare a CFD Analysis on a battery box for an EV. I consistently get the same error/notification about an internal error/boolean operation fail while trying to validate the geometry. Specifically, this occurs during the cleanup for solid intersections. I tried to solve this issue by modifying the geometry and distancing the battery modules from the segment, as that seemed to be where the issue was at.
Could anyone point me to the right direction? The .hm file is attached.

Hi Taxiarchis
I think you still have some penetrations between the batteri modulus, so if you can correct them it might help you.
I did also notice some issue of penetration in your bottom plates of the boxes.
