Number of integration points for CQUAD4/CQUAD8 elements

Hello everybody,

if someone could please help me with this topic about the integration points in shell elements.

I found in the "HELP" that CQUAD4 has 5 integration points. For CQUAD8 I couldn´t find anything.

I would like to know how many integrations points have the shell elements CQUAD4/CQUAD8 and how many integration points have they

through the thickness in OptiStruct solver?

Where could I see/find this infos?
