Hi - I am trying to set up my rapid miner account but the button does not appear to work when I click on it? See attached screen shots. I have completed all the fields………If anyone can help I would be grateful.

AI Studio can be accessed in two ways - through Altair’s Student Edition using Altair Licensing or through RapidMiner Licensing. Pls see the guide for further details - https://community.altair.com/discussion/63485/ai-studio-rapidminer-studio-for-student-use-faq-students-please-start-here#latest.
We recommend you use the student edition in Altair one which includes Altair AI studio as per the following guide -
Please see step 2,3 and 4 for detailed instructions on Obtaining your student edition license key and installing and activating the software using the key.
If you still want to register through rapidminer.com, a quick workaround is to sign up using your phone and then log in from your computer. The issues with the button are currently being looked into, but many users have found that registration works smoothly on their phone, especially iPhones users using Safari.

Hi @Ankita_v sorry I have not found this has helped - I still have the same problem - I try to switch license like the instructions suggest with no luck. Is there anything else I can do? I have the license key but I don't understand why it wanting me to register again? Am I trying to register through through rapiminer? I have a license key from registering with Altair One don't I?
