EDEM trial Solver license trouble

Description: I have recently downloaded trial of the EDEM. The first portion of the software runs and allows me to setup a model. When I go to run the model, I get the following license error. How do I fix this? I'd like to evaulate this package for an application I am working on. I am new to Altair products, so I have no idea where to go to start trouble shooting this.

    Are you running any other Altair products at the same time? The error message suggests that there are not enough licenses available.

    To the best of my knowledge, no. I only have the EDEM trial installed.

    Hi Dave,

    looks like the features are not there in license file i.e is the license file consists of EDEMGUI feature? or not can you please check. else will move your query to license team.

    I received feedback from the company. The trial version only allows 4 cores to be used. I had it set to use all of my cores for solving.
