Having problems meshing a surface

Currently working on a car model in Hypermesh CFD

Had a lot of problems with geometry, and I finally got it cleaned up and did the box.

Then there were a lot of problems with meshing of some group of surfaces, so I deleted them all and Validated my model.

Now this side wall doesnt mesh and I dont know why.

My first thought would be to change how the surfaces terminate in these areas - to avoid the tiny internal angles. Those would likely also give issues once volume meshing - especially with boundary layer meshing.
