I just replaced my CPU and motherboard yesterday. It seems the ethernet host ID has changed because of it. My student version license is no longer working. I am unable to access hyperworks. What is the possible fix? Reapply for the license file again? Please help. Screenshots of dat file and cmd screen for ipconfig/all attached
As your identified, your motherboard swap changed the MAC address for your ethernet adapter and the old license will not work on the machine. You need to re-apply for a license and in the notes section indicate that you swapped your motherboard so you need a new license.
