Hello,
I am Shashi and pursuing my final year of Mechanical Engineering at BMSCE. I am extremely interested in the concept of the virtual representation of a physical object or system across its life-cycle, where It uses real-time data and other sources to enable learning, reasoning, and dynamically recalibrating for improved decision making... and i am currently working on the design and development of a low-velocity vertical axis wind turbine where simulation plays a huge role. All the skills and software I learn here can be used for my project, and I thank Altair for providing this opportunity.
Hi all, I am Ahmet Yavuz, 3rd-year Mechanical Engineering student from Middle East Technical University, Turkey. I am motivated to challenge myself with attending contests. Also with help of the contest, I would love to learn model-based controller design concepts with a 3D + 1D system co-simulation engine. I am teaming up with Nisa Tufan.
Welcome to the contest Ahmet and Nisa! I hope both of you did the RSVP above.
Yes we did, thanks. Could you tell me how we should submit as a team ?
Hi, I am Thomas.
I am in the 7th semester of mechanical engineering at Universidad de La Sabana from Colombia and I am very interested in themes related to robotics and control systems, that is why I think this could be a really great opportunity to learn more about these themes and to apply what I already know.
So excited about this. Thank you for this opportunity.
Hello everyone!
Im a Mechanical engineer, im studing a master degree on applied enginering at my born city in Veracruz, México.
All participants are good on maths and due to this all of us known how low are the posibilities to win, if we give this contest time and effort is only for pure love to engineering and challenges.
Do your best my fellas.
¡Mucho éxito a todos!
Hi Everyone,
I am Rishi, from Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. I am in 3rd year doing Mechanical Engineering. I am really exited, to take part in this contest, which will help to sharpen my skills in designing, simulation, rendering and rapid prototyping. I thank Altair Community for providing me this platform.
Hi I'm an master's student from Quito, Ecuador. My passion for learning new tools, and entering my knowledge in new fields, always trying to carry out an innovation approach, drive me towards obtaining and participating in new challenges. Therefore, participating in this challenge allowed me to develop myself and to my team in the search for new skills.
Hallo,
Hi, I am Taher Husain, a 3rd year chemical engineering student from R V College of Engineering. This contest really excites me because design and simulation field of engineering is in my domain of interests and this contest gives me an opportunity to explore and challenge myself to be better than i was before in this field.
Hello, I am currently pursuing my postgraduate studies in Computer Aided Analysis and Design. This event is very interesting and important from a student's perspective as it will help us be updated with the current trends in the industry and equip us with relevant knowledge. Digital twin technology which is based on model-based design approach is currently being implemented by many industries as an alternate to test systems and products without having to invest in manufacturing prototypes. Through this event I expect to learn more about the digital twin technology and use the software solutions from Altair Engineering to solve the problem. This will help me develop my knowledge base and for that I am very excited to be a part of it.
Hi all!
My name is Gabriela and I am from Brasov, Romania. I'm a student to the master "Simulation and testing in mechanical engineering" at Transilvania University Brasov. I am very excited to participate in this kind of competition and I think it will be a very interesting experience!
Thanks !
Question: I would like to participate with a colleague, how can we register a team?
Hello everyone!!
I am a third year student of Mechanichal Engineering at Universidad de La Sabana in Bogotá, Colombia. I always think that is amazing to learn how a machine works, how is it designed and how can we improve things that are already done or creating new things.
I think this is a great opportunity to learn many things from digital twins and how can we validate a digital model before going to practice. Also, this is very important to learn more about control systems and seems very fun!
