Acoustic Analysis with Optistruct - radiated sound using infinite elements

I am trying to run an example, provided by altair on their help page, about vibroacoustic interaction and wave propagation using infinite elements CACINF3. The link to the page is:

However, I am unable to run the problem using optistruct 2017.

Above shared model runs fine at my end with latest solver OptiStruct 2018.0.1 patch.PFA h3d and out files for your reference.

I do not have access to the latest solver patch. I am using OptiStruct 2017.2.

However, the model was supossed to run with this solver. The link I have provided is from the 2017 help page.

Am I missing something?

Shared file runs fine with OptiStruct 2017.2.4 patch. I also see in the resolved issue list of OptiStruct 2017.2.3 which takes about Infinite element. PFA screenshot for same.
