Verified Student Account: Software Downloads tab missing in Marketplace

Hello, I have a verified student account and have successfully generated my student license activation key. However, the 'Software Downloads' tab is completely missing across the Marketplace apps. I have logged out and logged back in. I have tried on different browsers. I have generated the activation key, yet it still does not show up on my managed licenses. I need to download RapidMiner AI studio. Please help.

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known technical issue that is affecting access to downloads and certain other features of Altair one for our users. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service. Currently, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

1. Go to Altair Connect after logging into Altair one-

2. Go to Simulation products or the product group as applicable

3. Select required product version and product to download -
