i cant download altair hypermesh, why?

Hello Altair,

I am a student using Windows, and I have already generated my Altair Student Edition license activation key. However, when I open HyperMesh in the Altair One Marketplace, the “Software Downloads” tab is missing, so I cannot download the installer.

I have followed the student license procedure. Could you please check my account's Student Edition download entitlement and help me access the official HyperMesh Windows installer?

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known technical issue that is affecting access to downloads and certain other features of Altair one for our users. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service. Currently, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

If this issue is impacting a deadline or other important work today, please save a copy of this message for your records as confirmation that the interruption is due to a technical issue on our side.

Meanwhile please try this workaround and let us know if it works for you,

1. Go to Altair Connect after logging into Altair one-

2. Go to Simulation products or the product group as applicable

3. Select required product version and product to download -
