Expired Student License Renewal Blocked by Marketplace Outage

I am trying to renew my academic student license for Hypermesh, but I am completely blocked from logging into the Altair One Marketplace due to the ongoing site-wide technical outage and Cloudflare access block.

Since the marketplace is down and my current license has expired, I am unable to access the standard renewal form or download the updated activation keys for my coursework. What can I do in this situation?
