Altair One Marketplace blocked by Cloudflare - Student Edition license (India, Ray IDs included)

Hello Altair Support team,

I am a student from India (Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Islampur) trying to get the Student Edition license through the Siemens Industry Readiness Program. For the last 2 days I cannot open https://altairone.com/Marketplace. I get the Cloudflare page "Sorry, you have been blocked".

I have tried an InPrivate window, a clean URL, and two different networks. The block persists on both, so it does not seem tied to one IP.

Block details (30 Sep 2026, IST):

• 23:09 - Ray ID: a43500d16dae0027 - IP: 106.192.125.249
• 23:19 - Ray ID: a4351087d8b4b081 - IP: 106.221.14.126

Could the team please check the Cloudflare/WAF rules for these Ray IDs, lift the block, and confirm when access is restored? This is a program requirement for me, so I would appreciate an urgent response.
