Access to altairone.com and Marketplace is blocked by Cloudflare ("Sorry, you have been blocked")

Hello everyone,

For the past two days, I have been unable to access altairone.com and the Altair Marketplace. Whenever I try to open the page or download software, I keep encountering a Cloudflare security block page saying "Sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access altairone.com".

I have tried different browsers and alternative networks (including mobile data on multiple devices), but the issue persists.

For technical reference, here is the block details:

Is there a general issue with the platform, or how can I resolve this restriction to access my student account and downloads? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm helping a user that's having the same issue. Everyone else can access. It's just from his laptop.

I don't know the fix. But if it happens to some and not to others, it's not everyone. The user I'm helping can't go to the Altair website because they get that error but I can and I'm on the same network. It's on Altair's end.

Same issue here. I am struggling to activate my license and I guess it is related to this problem, so completely blocked from using the software until this is resolved. Is there anyone experiencing the same when activating license for Altair one?

yeah I face problem. Right now the marketplace and the license dashboard are both down, so I think its impossible to activate a new license until acces is restored

Update: Issue Resolved

Hello everyone,

The Cloudflare access block on my end has been lifted, and I am now able to access altairone.com and the Marketplace without any issues. Thank you to everyone who looked into it or offered assistance. If anyone else was experiencing a similar problem, it might be worth checking again.
