Dear Altair Support Team,

I am unable to access the Altair Marketplace.

Whenever I try to open the Marketplace, I receive the following error:

Error 522 – Connection Timed Out
Host Error

My Student Edition account has already been verified, and I need to access the Marketplace to obtain my license and download PSIM.

Could you please check the server status or advise me on how to resolve this issue?

Please follow the procedure here if you need to use the Altair student edition - https://community.altair.com/discussion/34207/instructions-to-access-the-free-altair-student-edition-now-in-altair-one#latest. Please ensure that you log out and log back into your Altair One account after license activation to download the software.

Please also try the following basic troubleshooting steps -

Refresh the page, clear your browser's cache and cookies, or use an incognito window.

Try a different browser and check your internet connection.

Disable any VPNs, ad blockers, or browser extensions etc.

Before I can activate my license, I need to access the Altair Marketplace. However, I am currently unable to access the Marketplace website at all.

I have already tried refreshing the page, clearing my browser cache and cookies, using an incognito window, checking my VPN settings, and confirming that my internet connection is working properly. Despite these attempts, the Altair Marketplace is still inaccessible.

Based on the situation, I believe this may be an issue with the Marketplace server or its connection rather than a problem on my side.

I would appreciate it if you could check the server status and restore access to the Marketplace as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a known site wide outage that is affecting access for our customers. Our team is actively investigating and working to restore service. At this time, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

Hello Altair Support Team,

I have successfully received my Altair Student Edition license key, but I cannot download Simcenter PSIM 2026.1.

The "Software Downloads" tab is missing from the Marketplace. I have already logged out and logged back in, and I also checked Altair Connect, but I could not find the PSIM installer.

Could you please check my download permissions or provide an official download link for PSIM 2026.1 Student Edition?
