Hello,
I registered my Altair One account using my official university email address. In Altair One > Managed Licenses, I can see the HWPSIMPowerSupply license, and an expiration date is shown.
However, when I launch PSIM 26.0, I get the following error:

Error Code: -29
Requested CT/TTF license not found for given customer ID
In Altair License Utility v2026.0.0, when I go to the License Usage tab and check only Managed, I also get:
Altair Managed Licensing
Error(-31): Unknown error
Things I have already tried:
- Uninstalled PSIM 26.1 and installed PSIM 26.0
- Confirmed Altair License Utility v2026.0.0 is installed
- Re-authorized Managed Licensing
- Re-authorized using an Auth Code
- Removed duplicate authorized machines and left only one machine named GunHo
- Checked environment variables, but ALTAIR_LICENSE_FILE, ALTAIR_LICENSE_PATH, and LMX_LICENSE_PATH are not present
- Confirmed that Simcenter PSIM is visible in Altair One Marketplace
- Student Edition Bundle / Student Edition License is not visible in my Marketplace
- Managed Licenses > On Prem shows no activation key
It seems that HWPSIMPowerSupply is visible in my account, but PSIM cannot check out the required license feature.
Could you please check whether my Altair One account is correctly linked to the Student Edition Bundle / PSIM PowerSupply entitlement, or re-verify my student account? I would also appreciate guidance on how to resolve the Managed Licensing Error(-31).
