Hello,
I have been approved for a Managed Altair Units (AU) license so that I can use Altair AI Studio in our university computer lab during class.
After installing the software, I launched it and went to Settings > Manage Licenses to activate the license. However, when I enter my ID (email) and password, I receive the error message "Invalid credentials."
Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
