Hello,
I am using Altair AI Studio 2026.1.1 Student Edition.
My Student Edition license is active and valid until July 2027. I successfully activated it using the Altair License Utility, and Managed Licensing is authorized.
However, AI Studio always fails to start with the following error:
Feature: RapidMinerStudio
Error Code: -29
Error Description: Requested CT/TTF license not found for given customer ID
I have already tried the following:
- Reinstalled AI Studio 2026.1.1
- Successfully activated the Student Edition license
- Verified that the
.lic file exists - Confirmed that Managed Licensing is authorized
- Performed a clean reinstall
- Checked that there are no conflicting environment variables
Despite all these steps, the same error occurs every time.
Since my license is activated and Managed Licensing is authorized, could you please verify whether the RapidMinerStudio feature is assigned to my Student Edition account/customer ID? If not, could you please advise how to resolve this issue?
