Hello, I am a student using a university account profile. I have activated my Student Edition using my Activation Key via the License Utility, but the software fails to launch with 'Error Code 9: Feature Not Found (HWFEKOGUI)'. My current license text blocks entirely lack the Feko module flags. Could an Altair administrator please update or reset my account profile permissions so my activation key includes the Feko suite?
