Unable to open FEKO anymore

Description: Hello, I've been successfully using a FEKO student license since May and it has been working without issue. However, recently, the program stopped running and I received the error detailed below. I had this error earlier while trying to install the program and was able to do it after staff had deactivated and reactivated the license for me. The license was set to expire May 2027.

I deactivated and reactivated the license on the account recently but received the same error. The double slashes in the error are where I removed personal identifying information. Please advise on how to resolve this ASAP!

Hello, I have and this doesn't fix the issue that I am facing. I did exactly what the instructions said when I originally downloaded FEKO. As I said in my statement above, the product was working fine until about a week ago when the above error appeared and prevented me from opening the application. I had not touched the licensing or any of the internal application files, nor have I moved computers. Please advise on how to resolve this error.

@Maiya The HyperWorks EDU feature activates Feko and many other Altair products,
