After reviewing your model and out file, the issue is caused by an incompatible kinematic condition on the bottom nodes. They have two conflicting conditions, one from the rigid wall, and one from the tie contact. This causes nodes to be removed from the rigid wall, as you can see from the warning below. That's why the component pass through it. To fix this, you can switch to the penalty formulation for the tie contact by setting Spotflag = 28 in the TYPE2 contact definition.
