Hello everyone,
I am an engineering student at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC) and I have been actively using the Altair Student Edition (specifically HyperMesh) for my academic coursework.
Recently, I had to completely format my PC. Unfortunately, I did not deactivate my student license beforehand. Now, when I try to set up the software on the freshly formatted system, I am unable to activate it, presumably because the license is still tied to the previous system state.
Since I no longer have access to the pre-formatted system to release the license manually, could someone from the support team please help me reset the activation? I would like to get back to my studies and structural analysis projects as soon as possible.
