I am asking for a colleague since he is unable to access this forum:
I was trying to log into Altair One Marketplace to download the latest Motionview software, but I was unable to. A message popped up saying Unable to login. Contact support for assistance. I tired to reset my passsword but that didnt work too.
I was unable to contact Altair support and tried to figure out how to open a ticket on Siemens Support but no Altair products qare showing up in their directory. Pls direct me towards the right email/contact information for this.
