PSIM 2025.1 Student License Issue “Unable to access license store” & missing PSIMPowerSupplyFeature

I installed Altair PSIM 2025.1 using my university student account. However, when trying to activate the license through ALMUtil, I get the error “Unable to access license store.”

Also, PSIM opens with an empty window and shows “Feature not found” related errors.

I checked the generated .lic file and it contains:

* HyperWorksEDU

* HyperViewTrans

* romAI

but it does not contain:

* PSIMPowerSupplyFeature

I would like to know whether the current Student Edition license supports PSIM, or if a separate PSIM academic/student license is required.

Do you have full read and write permissions in the license store location? You can try running as administrator and make sure you have admin permissions so license is created in the license store.

and also i don't have any "gui" file but "ALMUtil"

I followed Step 1 from the link you sent and accessed the account settings page.

These two screens keep appearing alternately, so I cannot enter anything and therefore cannot log in.

Because of this, I am unable to proceed with Step 1 from the link you sent (shown in the image below).

I thought this issue might be occurring because I already have a university account.

Therefore, I wanted to use the student license I received from Altair Marketplace, but as I mentioned in my first message, the message “Unable to access license store” appears as shown in the image below, so I cannot follow the instructions you provided.
