I am writing to request technical assistance regarding a license activation issue with Altair PSIM.
I have successfully activated the license in 'System' mode, but I am unable to activate it or run the software in 'User' mode. Despite following various troubleshooting steps from the Q&A boards, the settings keep reverting to the original state, preventing me from using the software normally.
Here are the details of my situation:
