License Reset Request - Student Edition - HostID Mismatch

Hi, I am using the Altair Student Edition for AI Studio. My Linux OS (Fedora 43) used a randomized MAC address during my initial activation this morning. I have since disabled randomization to use my permanent hardware MAC, but I am now receiving the error: "This license was already activated using different HostIDs."

I need help in resolving this one as I can't find a way to do it on my end.

Your previous license key activation is now deactivated in Altair one, you can now reactivate the product in your machine with the same license key.

You can deactivate if you have access to both machines, but this feature is only if a computer breaks down and will not work more than a few times.
