학생용 라이센스를 발급받아 적용시켰고 발급키를 등록했음에도 불구하고 psim에서 반영되지 않아 기능들이 비활성화된 상태입니다.
키 등록하는 exe프로그램에서 알테어 로그인이 되지 않기도 하고 키 등록해도 정상적인 psim 사용이 안됩니다
