License Error

안녕하세요. PSIM을 이용하려는 대학생입니다. 다름이 아니라 앱을 다운까지 받고 활성화를 시켜야하는데 사진과 같은 오류가 나서 어떻게 해야하는 여쭙기 위해 문의남깁니다.

I tried to download and activate PSim. However every time I try to reactivate my license now it is giving me this error.
Can you please tell me what to do…..

The message license already exists in license store means the activation is already successful,

You could go to the location of the license in the license store, this is the path in the activation tab under the license store field, delete the .lic file there and then reactivate,

Please share screenshots of the error you see if the issue persists.
