I want to perform a vehicle AC duct simulation, but I am facing an issue where the software crashes after starting the CFD meshing process. I have tried multiple iterations, but the software continues to crash. When I separate the HVAC unit and duct geometries, the volume mesh completes successfully without any crash. However, as soon as I merge the HVAC and duct geometries and attempt the CFD mesh, the software crashes. Could you please help me understand the reason for this crash and suggest a solution?
