I am writing to request assistance with deactivating my student license from my previous device.
I recently attempted to transfer my license to a new computer. However, I made a mistake by deleting the Windows user profile and resetting the old computer before deactivating the license within the software.
Since the old device has already been formatted/reset, I can no longer access the software to perform the deactivation process. As a result, I am unable to activate the license on my new computer, as it is still registered to the previous one.
Could you please manually deactivate or reset the activation status for this license on your server so that I can reactivate it on my new device?
