PSIM 라이센스 관련 문제

Description: Altair Student License가 PSIM에 연동되지 않습니다. Altair License Utility에서는 라이센스가 이미 활성화되어 있다고 뜨는데 PSIM에서는 라이센스가 없다고 뜨고, 새로운 시트도 열 수 없습니다.
