EDEM flexible surface

Hello, everyone in the community. I currently want to do a flexible model of corn leaves ( in line with the actual physical behavior, such as bending ) in EDEM, as if hypermesh and EDEM co-simulation can be done. Do you have this information ?

Hi,

You could use either the bonding v2 or fibres bonding model for this. I don't have any specific material properties to share but you could set it up using the meta particles and one of the bond models.

The fibers bonding model is more designed for stems (sphero-cylinders) but would be a good option to look at for leaves, in the community link. With both models you can create some complex flexible shapes:
