My License Key Expired

It seems my Altair AI Studio license key expired. I don't know how to find they key, and when I click the help button to find it, it takes me to a page to sign in. When I go to sign in, it says my information cannot be found even though I do have an account. At this point I just feel at a dead end and don't know how to get back into my account to be able to use the software for my school work.

Pls Follow steps 2, 3, and 4 in the provided guide for instructions on obtaining your Altair Student Edition license key, installation, and activation of your software using that key -

You should be able to see your license key by logging into Altair One, going to the Marketplace, checking the Student Edition License bundle, clicking on the Student Edition License card, and then checking the Licensing tab.
