what are the difference between coupled solution and the structural solution with mapped temperature

I noticed that the results from the same models with coupled solution and the structural solution with mapped temperature and pressure are different(from pdf of heat transfer analysis training), is it because that within the coupled solution, the displacements of the model will be sent to flow solver to recalculate the result and the pressure data will be sent to structural solver as well(meaning there are feedbacks between two solvers)? If it is so, does it mean that the coupled solution has more accurate result only that is costs more?

The fully coupled bi-directional solution will typically have an increased level of accuracy. Both the CFD and structural solutions are updated each time step, with information being passed back and forth between the solvers. For example, the CFD solver sends the pressure information to the structural solver, which then calculates the structural deformation, and that deformation is passed to the CFD solver which then deforms appropriately, with the new/updated pressure information on the deformed shape sent back to the structural solver, etc.

With the mapped approach, the steady-state CFD information/solution is mapped as boundary conditions/loads to the structural model, which is then solved using that single set of information.
