Subject: Educational License not recognized in AI Studio

Hello Altair Support,

I have an active Educational License for RapidMiner AI Studio visible in the Marketplace (valid until 2026-10-25), but it does not appear under Manage Licenses / ALMS,
and AI Studio reports "No valid RapidMiner Studio license found" or "Invalid license" when trying to enter the activation key manually.

Could you please assign the license to my AltairOne account so I can use it in AI Studio?
