Hello Altair Support Team,
I am a student at Technische Universität München (TUM) and have already verified my Altair One account using my university email (go34tej@tum .de).
However, when launching Altair FEKO 2025.1, I receive the following error:
“Error Code: 9 – Feature not found
License Path: C:\Program Files\Altair\2025.1\security\altair_lic.dat”
I have confirmed that my Altair One account shows “Verified Student”, but it seems my account is not linked to TUM’s managed academic license pool.
Could you please help me associate my Altair One account with TUM’s academic license so that I can use FEKO?
I have attached my HostID information (from Altair License Utility) below for reference.
