Issue when trying to run CAD FEKO

I'm trying to run CADFEKO v2025.1 and I am seeing a license error with the following message:

"An error occurred while checking out a license.
Altair License Manager: License error
Feature(s): GlobalZoneAM, HyperWorks, HWFEKOGUI
Error Code: 9
Error Description:
Feature not found"

What could be causing this issue? I was able to run CAD FEKO previously and this issue popped up recently.

I am using the student license for FEKO.
