student registration

Description: I am US high school student wanting acquire altair student products, need student account to do. My district email blocks out senders outside of district, so I cannot verify identity with student email (school admins say no). I have transcript and student ID. What is the way for me to register account? Looked over student resources and they all assume university student with open email.
