Hi @Nody387
Please do not enter your Altair One Credentials in the RapidMiner Login window of AI Studio.
If you intend to use the free student edition in Altair one which includes Altair AI studio (previously known as Rapidminer studio), Detailed instructions are below:
Thanks!
Hello,
I followed your instructions not to log in with my Altair One credentials and instead tried to activate AI Studio manually using the student license key from AltairOne.com.
Unfortunately, the license key returned “Invalid”, and when I tried to log in, I got the message “The account has been blocked.”
I need to use AI Studio for my coursework and cannot proceed.
Please advise whether you can unblock my account or provide a valid key that works with the version I installed (Altair AI Studio 2025.1.0).
Thank you for your support.
Please ensure to switch to Altair Units Licensing when the RapidMiner login window appears as detailed here - Steps to Activate AI Studio with the Altair Student Edition License Key from Altair One.com in Windows and other related AI Studio Troubleshooting - Altair Community
Please provide the screenshots of your window and error(s) you are seeing if the issue persists.
