As part of the AEC Global Technical Team (GTT) strategies for this year, it was decided to perform short webinars covering some topics that might not be extensive enough for a 1-hour discussion. April 24th was the starting date to perform these short webinars.
Presenting the event called "Using S-CALC section properties for your Structural Analysis and Design", this event covered the usual workflow of designing our own custom sections in S-CALC and how to export them to S-FRAME/S-STEEL so they can be assigned to different elements, and run an analysis and code-check afterwards.
The webinar goes through an example that considers all of this, so the concept can be understood and applied to other cases.
