Why does "RETURNS TO DOMAIN DECOMPOSITION FOR OPTIMIZATION" appear before radioss calculation?

My model can run successfully when the mesh size is 1mm, but when I divide it with a 0.2mm mesh, it gets stuck at this step every time I run it and the calculation fails. The screenshot is as follows
