My radioss program doesn't work after increasing the density of the grid

This is my sparse grid project file. Because the project
file after increasing the grid density is too large to add attachments, an error will be reported after increasing the grid density. The error screenshot is as follows

I have already run a model check in hypermesh to ensure there are no errors.

From the error summary, there is something missing in the interface definition.
If you run the Model Checker on HyperMesh, it shows a contact where the secondary set is not defined:

The project file in the attachment above can calculate the correct result, but when I increase the mesh density and keep other things unchanged (since I cannot upload attachments over 100MB, I compressed them in separate files and attached them here), it will report an error. I solved all the errors in the hypermesh model check, but it still cannot run

Hi,
Are you running the model using a student license? If yes, the Radioss models are limited to 100000 nodes.
Please, check the solver limitations in this website: Altair Student Edition

Hi,
Some observations about your model:
- For the interface TYPE18, use GRBRIC instead of GRNODE (secondary set)
- Try running in more recent versions: 2024 or 2025
- When using INIVOL, there is no need to separate the inside and outside volumes in different components, you can use just one. Refer to the example: RD-E: 5000 INIVOL and Fluid Structure Interaction (Drop Container)
