2.Also i need to know at what torque, rotor will slip from shaft.please help me to do that simulation also.

-Review your contacts and make sure that you have selected the correct faces (e.g in rotor saft contact you have selected only half of the shaft face)
-If you want to connect the subcases together and continue you solution from the 1st to the 2nd and then to the 3rd subcase, use CNTNLSUB=YES.
Displacement boundary conditions or forces applied to a preceding subcase (Subcase 2) are ramped down gradually in the continued nonlinear subcase (Subcase 3). If you want to retain them you should reference them in the new subcase as well (use SPCADD and LOADADD to combine the preceding boundary conditions or forces with the current ones)

You can perform a non-linear static simulation, add friction to the contact, and apply the torque load. You can then check the contact status and identify the time step at which slipping occurs.
