I cannot access HyperStudy after downloaded the program

After I downloaded these 3 files HyperStudy student license 2023.1 (First image). Then I try to activate my student license in activation key and it said like this (Second image) (I'm not sure that because previously I downloaded Flux and FluxMotor and the license had already used?). Then I go directly to check my downloaded HyperStudy but it still not activated (Third Figure). I already tried to re download like the same step and tried download only desktop part but it still had the same result. I tried with my lic.dat from previously downloading but still didn't work (Fourth image). I tried loading license manager and it shows like the second image. I tried to changed the environment variables to be the same with my professor laptop that can use HyperStudy in his but when I open mine it still not able to used. I tried to downloaded in another laptop but with my Altair account but it also shows the same. (FYI my Flux and FluxMotor that I previously downloaded still able to use).

I don't know that the problem is from my student license? If yes, can I have a new one or are there any solutions to activate the program. Or what am I forget to download? and if there are more information that I need to provide please let me know.
