import geometry in flux2d

I would like to import a DXF file into Altair Flux. I want to import it into Flux 2D, but I can't find the option "Import Geometry from DXF" in Flux 2D. However, this option is available in Flux 3D.

Is there a way to import a DXF file into Flux 2D, or is there an alternative method to use my DXF geometry in Flux 2D?

    Hello Kehollev,

    Thanks for writing to us.
    I believe you are trying to import from Modeler context window. Can you close the Modeler context and now choose project< Import< Import Geometry< Import Geometry from DXF as shown in the below screenshot.

    Hope this information is helpful.

    I imported this stator slot geometry into flux2d. When I want to create an excel file of this slot via the macro createfluxmotorouterslot, I get the following message: "Symmetrical not tooth-winded coil: each coil face must have a line on the symmetry axis." I don't really understand how to solve this?

    And if I import the full geometry, I get the following error (see picture below).

    Please can someone help me?

    kind regards
