How can you unblock an account ?

Hello,

When trying to access my account, it says that my account has been blocked. My license is activated but without being able to connect myself I cannot use my license on my computer. How can I/someone fix this?

Please try again. Sometimes there is a lag between when you register for an account and your account becomes active. Currently, your account is showing up as active.

Are you unable to login to Altair one ? where do you see the block or a message that your account is blocked?

In case you are using AI Studio, Please do not enter your Altair One Credentials in the RapidMiner Login window of AI Studio,
