How can I reactivate the same license key at a later date within a year?

Good day,

Since I downloaded the wrong version of OptiStruct at the time, I have now downloaded the correct version. However, when activating with the activation key, I now get the error message “Error activation license already exists in the license store”.

I have already removed the old license from the file path that is highlighted in blue and inserted a new version of the old license code. Unfortunately, the same message appeared again. Can you please help me?

Deactivation and reactivation feature is only if a computer breaks down and is only allowed a few times per user.

You can deactivate the license from one machine and reactivate in another by yourself if you have access to both machines as per –
