Hi, my account doesn't show the student edition license in the Marketplace suite. How can it be activated?

Hi ClaudiaSegales,
You are showing up in our system as a Trial user rather than a student. Did you sign up for the account using your school credentials and choose the Students option when registering for your Altair One account?

Hi,
I am having the same issue; I am a current PhD student at RMIT, Melbourne, Australia, and I am unable to access the student Edition License. I need to activate the expired License PSIM 2022.2.
I made that account during the installation of PSIM 14.15 months before, so to access the license first I accessed the password by the emailing the support team.
when I checked my account details, it just showed RMIT as my owner, so I requested there to change the owner by mentioning the mistake made during the account setup.
Please advise me on how to set up the student account to access the student edition license.

Your account is verified for student edition use and you can now use the free student edition,
You now need to follow the steps here - exactly in order to generate the license key and only then will you get the download option for the software.
Start from step 2 since your account is already verified then follow all the steps there to download and activate the software.
