Account Not Yet Active

I get a message when trying to sign in to my student account that my account is not active, although I've already went through all the activation and verification steps. I followed the troubleshooting using a student license, and that still won't work. Any suggestions?

Please tell us where you are trying to sign in to? Is this Altairone.com ?
