Optistruct:Very low CPU utilization rate

Hello! I'm running an job of external coupled structural-acoustics, the anlysys type is MFOUR(-nt 32 -np 2). Displacement is the only output requirement.
I have been submitting the job for two days, but as you can see from the screenshot, the CPU utilization rate has always been very low(0/0.1%) .
Is that normal? Could you help me find the problem, thanks.
By the way, I set PARAM, ODS, YES, will this improve the computing efficiency？

I saw in the .out file your job tries to run with 72 cores on a 64 cpu machine.
According to the recommendation in the .out file np > 3
Thus I would start in this case with the following run parameters to begin with.
-np 4 -nt 4 -core in
