Assistance Required with Altair OptiStruct Free Trial Access
Thank you for recognizing me with a community status—I truly appreciate your efforts to support users like me. However, my initial request was not about gaining community status.
I am currently trying to access the free trial of Altair OptiStruct, but I keep receiving a message stating that my request is not accepted (screenshot attached for reference). This tool is critical for my ongoing research on kinetic dome structures, where I need to optimize the structural design.
I learned about Altair OptiStruct through the Digital Futures workshops, and I believe it is the most suitable tool to address the optimization challenges in my project. Given my tight deadline, your assistance is my last hope to move forward.
Could you please please please help me gain access to the application? Alternatively, if there is someone better suited to address this issue, kindly guide me in the right direction. Your support during this critical time would mean a great deal.
